- Special Delivery : Tracked & Insured up-to the Value of £750.00
- Store Pick-up. Order online and collect from our Store at your convenience.
- Lost/Damaged Orders: Once your order has been processed it will be passed on to the Post Office for delivery. We will send you a copy of the Post Office tracing code number from the reciept. Unfortunately we (the tide Ltd) cannot be held responable for any Items that are Damaged or Lost while in transit.

Returns:
Faulty/Damaged Items: Please contact us (suethetide@yahoo.co.uk) to describe the fault and then return your purchase to: the tide Ltd. Parliament Street, Ramsey, Isle of Man. IM8 1AX. Postage will be refunded.
Basic Returns: Please return purchase to the above address. Once the returned Item has been quality checked and accepted a refund will be issued. Postage cost and method will be the responsibility of the customer (you) and will not be refunded.
