We are happy to Post 'World wide'. If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us with your delivery destination & desired Item, and we will email you back with the price of postage. 

The cost of postage will be determined by the total weight, size and delivery method chosen for your order. Delivery options are shown and selected in your Shopping Cart. By clicking on the drop down box you can select the delivery option you prefer. You can also compare the cost of postage options by clicking on the options available.

Please ensure that you use the correct Post Code to avoid delivery delay.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order a delivery card will be left by the delivery driver to inform you of your local Royal Mail collection point or details on how to arange an alternative delivery date.

Free Island Wide Delivery [Isle of Man Only]: We are happy to deliver, free of charge, any order valued at over £10. We deliver on Sunday's & Wednesday evenings, depending on location. Any orders under £10 can be posted or picked up from our Store.

All delivery rates shown in the Cart are at Royal Mail Special delivery and Recorded Delivery rates as set by Royal Mail UK. All rates shown in the Cart are for UK & N.Ireland delivery only. For deliveries outside of the UK & N.Ireland please contact us for further assistance.

These are the Postal options offered in your Shopping Cart. If you require free Island wide delivery [IOM only] please select store 'pick-up' and request this in the options/requests section in your cart.

  • Special Delivery. This is the recommended delivery method for more delicate and valuable Items. Your order is also insured against loss or damage. Your orders postal progress can also be tracked.
  • Recorded Delivery. Standard 1st class delivery. Ideal for less delicate items. Your order is NOT insured against loss or damage.
  • Store Pick-up. Order online and collect from our Store at your leisure.

Faulty/Damaged Items:
Please contact us (thetide_reply@yahoo.com) and return your purchase to: the tide Ltd. 22 Parliament Street, Ramsey, Isle of Man. IM8 1AP. Postage will be refunded.
Basic Returns: Please return purchase to the above address. Once the returned Item has been quality checked and accepted a refund will be issued. Postage cost and method will be the responsibility of the customer (you) and will not be refunded.
