Please note that while every care is taken by us to protect your plates/dishes, there is always an 'outside chance' that damage, cracking or breaking of plates/dishes may occur during the drilling process. In the un-likely event of damage occuring during this process we will not accept any responsability and we will contact  you as soon as possible to inform you and to ask you to provide us with a replacement plate/dish.  We will only agree to proceed with your order upon your confirmation that  you agree to these terms and conditions.

We use either: Carbide or Diamond edged drill bits, depending on the plates/dish material presented by you.
